The Cream(ers) Of The Crop

I am not sure how I got on this latest kick of buying creamers. I have seen a lot of them while out and about and I just decided to buy them. It doesn't hurt that they are not that expensive and I really like the shapes and colors of them. I am not sure if this is a collection that I will keep adding to. I will see what the thrift stores have to offer and what my fancy decides.

.90 cents

I just fell in love with this little creamer. It says Yellowstone Park and you gotta love that the little bears are warming their hands over a campfire. Too cute!

I bought this at one of our local Goodwills. It is Pyrex and it matches a few of the bowls I already have. They had the matching plates. They were a bit too much for my budget. But, I will keep checking to see if they eventually come down in price so I can add them to this cute little pitcher.

This is a Mikasa creamer. I tried to find out which pattern it is a part of but no luck. I thought the blue was really pretty and I love the s-shaped handle.

Last but not least...

$1.00

I got this little beauty on a thrifting trip with my sister. She and her husband just moved back to California from Arkansas. She cracked me up because she was amazed that our thrift stores were open on a Sunday. This tells me that I do not want to live in Arkansas anytime soon if the thrift stores aren't open on Sunday.

I still have more to share so stay tuned....
Happy Thrifting!!!

  1. Lovely collection. That's the great thing about thrifting, it's so cheap to start a collection :-)

  2. Very true. The expense comes when you have to get a larger home to house it all. LOL

  4. I love the handle too. It is such a simple creamer but the handle gives it something extra.

  5. Have you ever found out the pattern name on this Mikasa creamer? I recently came across a single matching mug to your creamer, and I can't find info, anywhere!
